Morning Meditation

Start your day with mindfulness at Stevens-Coolidge place. We will gather in the gardens for a guided meditation. Open to all levels – a beginner’s mind welcome. Finish the experience with a floral-infused water mindfulness practice to carry your meditation into everyday life. Space for questions & answers at the end!

Bring a mat, towel, and/or cushion to sit on & a reusable mug or cup for the floral water meditation.
