Making Space for Grief

Making Space for Grief: What It Is & What to Do

Grief can feel like a mysterious, ever-changing wave we aren’t always sure how to approach. In this workshop, you will get to know the landscape of grief, as well as explore creative ways to care for yourself and others.  Whether you are in a season of grief for a loved one of any species, holding other types of loss, or are curious to learn more, you are welcome to join us for this exploratory gathering with death doula, Bianca Staudt. Our time together will include conversation, mindfulness, and creative sharing.

If you’d like to bring small object that reminds you of your loved one, you are welcome to. This is optional.
