Mindful Creativity Workshop

Join expressive artist Bianca for a morning of meditation & rejuvenation. In this workshop, we will explore the ways in which mindfulness & the creative process can work together to bring comfort, mind-body connection, & joy. This hands-on experience will incorporate meditative breathing, mark-making on paper, and other expressive tools for playful, intentional methods to increase our self-care. All abilities & experience levels welcome!

This Access for All program is open to all. Registration is required.
